Move any pan off the control area and wipe the glass over the keys completely dry. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Why did my Bertazzoni cooktop show ER03 right after a pot boiled over? Spilled water on the control strip reads as a finger held on the keys. Once the glass over the controls is dry, the cooktop can be switched on again as normal. ### Can a pan handle resting on the controls cause ER03? Yes. Bertazzoni names pans on the user interface as a cause, so a large pan that overhangs the control area can trigger it. Move the pan to a zone that keeps it clear of the keys. ### Does ER03 on a Bertazzoni PE304T or PE365T cooktop stop only one zone?
