Restart the cooktop, then cut power for more than 30 seconds if F1 remains. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### What is the EEPROM on a Samsung cooktop? A memory chip on the control board that keeps its settings. F1 means the board could not reach it. ### Is F1 related to Wi-Fi? No. It is internal to the control board. ### Why would a Samsung cooktop lose contact with its EEPROM and show F1?
