The timers and alarms are off, the electric cooking modules are disabled and only the gas burners run, and the mode stays on until you end it yourself. End Sabbath mode as the SKS manual describes if you want the induction or other modules back. ### Why won't the induction zone on my SKS rangetop start? If Sb shows on the display, Sabbath mode is on and only the gas burners work. End the mode and try again. ### Does SKS Sabbath mode end on its own? No. SKS says it has to be turned off manually. ### Why don't the timers beep on my SKS rangetop while Sb is showing? SKS switches off the timer and alarm functions in Sabbath mode.
