Before you book,
in this order.

01

Touch any key to acknowledge the code and keep cooking without MoveMode.

02

Note which zones and which pan you were using when MoveMode failed, so the technician can repeat it.

03

If F0 comes back every time you try the feature, book a visit and mention MoveMode.

Questions
about F0.

Can I clear F0 myself?
Touch any key to acknowledge the code and keep cooking without MoveMode. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Can I use my Thermador cooktop normally with F0 showing?
Yes. Thermador says to confirm the code with any button and cook without MoveMode.
What part is involved when MoveMode will not start?
Thermador does not name one. Because it asks for the exact code, a technician checks the control side of the cooktop.
Does F0 on a Thermador cooktop mean my pan is wrong for MoveMode?
Thermador describes F0 only as MoveMode not activating, and it does not blame the cookware. The rest of the cooktop keeps working normally. If the feature fails with every pan you try, book a visit.

Back to your everyday

Still showing F0?

Book with the code copied exactly, the full model number, and whether there is any smell of gas or burning — with a code in hand, that is where the diagnosis starts.
